Can I cancel an appointment if my plans change?
You will receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to your appointment that will give you a chance to cancel. Same day cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may be charged in full.
Do I drop my pet off for a grooming appointment?
Yes you may drop off your pet at your scheduled grooming time. One of our team members will contact you when your pet is clean and ready for pickup.
Late Pickup Fees
We kindly ask that you please be prepared to pick up your pet within 30 minutes of being notified they are ready to go home. Because we are “by appointment only”, we have very limited space for pups waiting to be picked up.
We do our best to maintain a stress-free environment for your pets and many become anxious while they are waiting, particularly those that are already anxious about their grooming visits.
Upon drop-off, we will provide you with an approximate time frame for your pet’s pick up.
When your pet is ready to go home, we will contact you via the phone number you provide us with at drop-off. Pets waiting more than 30 minutes after pick up notification will be subject to a fee of $20.
